My name is Alf Murphy. I am a Director at Employment Law Solutions. I assist and advise clients with HR headaches as well as preparing cases for the Employment Tribunal and representing clients therein. Specialist sector: I sat as a member of the Employment Tribunal Bench from 2020-2025. My specialism is therefore litigation in the employment tribunal and ensuring that before clients dismiss an employee, they have done everything they can to protect themselves from a legal case being issued against them.
