What’s your go-to biscuit with a brew?
Coffee & shortbread – can never go wrong with a shortbread or multiple shortbreads. It is the ultimate biscuit.

Dream holiday destination and why?
New Zealand – I want to see where Lord of The Rings was filmed. Also if it’s the right time of the year, I would like to see the Southern Lights (aurora australis).

What’s your favourite way to unwind after work?
Have a hot shower and play on the switch – unless the neighbour’s cat is around. I recently managed to lure him in the house with some catnip treats. If the cat is around, definitely play/ cuddle with it.
