The Role
With 100% growth between 2023 to 2025, Employment Law Solutions is continuing to grow and is looking to appoint an experienced Employment Law Litigator to support our expanding client base.
You’ll take ownership of employment tribunal cases across a diverse portfolio of retained clients, spanning a wide range of sectors and business sizes. Most of your work will involve:
- Preparing cases, submissions, ET3 responses, statements, and witnesses ahead of tribunal hearings
- Appearing at hearings and presenting appeals on behalf of clients
- Liaising with external bodies, opposing representatives, and counsel to achieve cost-effective outcomes
- Working closely with our advisory team to ensure wider issues arising from cases are picked up by the right colleagues
As an Employment Law Advisor, the role offers:

What you’ll need
We are looking for an experienced Employment Law Litigator with strong advocacy skills and a proven ability to represent clients confidently in courts and tribunals.
- Extensive knowledge of employment law and tribunal practice, including preparing ET3 forms and managing responses to tight deadlines
- Strong advocacy skills – the ability to persuade, influence and represent effectively in hearings and appeals
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Sound judgement in decision-making and problem solving, particularly in risk assessment contexts
- Good organisational skills and a commercial, business-aware mindset
