What’s your go-to biscuit with a brew?
Biscoff – easy winner, but you have to get two and pinch them together for structural integrity. Then it’s a speed dip in the brew to prevent breakage because they can get flimsy. High risk, high reward though.

If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be?
There’s a restaurant in Manchester called Higher Ground, and when they serve steak, one of the staff members’ jobs is to cut and taste small samples throughout their shift. They do that for the duration of their shift, and I think I would thrive in that role.
