I have been working in Law since joining the Company straight away after finishing my degree.

Approach: I have a robust style where I use my in depth knowledge of Employment Law to fully brief clients on how they can achieve exactly what it is they are looking for in relation to any employment issue, giving all of their options, and the risks – or lack of risk – involved in achieving it.

What did you want to be when you grew up?
It may surprise you, but I always wanted to be an IT – and later cybersecurity – professional until I accidentally walked into a law lecture on a university open day!

Coffee or tea — and how do you take it?
Neither! I don’t drink hot drinks.

If you could swap jobs with anyone for a day, who would it be?
A Judge!
