My name is Alf Murphy. I am a Director at Employment Law Solutions. I assist and advise clients with HR headaches as well as preparing cases for the Employment Tribunal and representing clients therein. I receive many referrals where contacts have said “speak to Alf – he’ll sort it out” as I have a reputation for getting stuck in and resolving the most tricky situations.

Specialist sector: I sit as a part-time non-legal Member in the Employment Tribunal to determine more complex cases. My specialism is therefore litigation in the employment tribunal and ensuring that before clients dismiss an employee, they have done everything they can to protect themselves from a legal case being issued against them.
