My name is Jennifer Ormond. I am a Director at Employment Law Solutions. I work with clients to solve all issues from general disciplinaries to complex redundancies and TUPEs. I like to offer clients options on the quickest way to reach desired goals, factoring in risk when necessary. I also represent clients in the Employment Tribunal.

Specialist sector: When I’m not in the Employment Tribunal (our job is to keep clients out of there!), I particularly love assisting clients with difficult redundancies. Recently, more clients have been taking a healthier approach to managing HR issues before they arise so I am enjoying assisting with implementing menopause policies, cost-saving ideas and employee benefit schemes also.
