Protect your business during the Cost of Living Crisis

2023 is expected to be a challenging year from a HR and business point of view, especially when it comes to managing and supporting employees through the cost-of-living crisis.  On 1 and 2 February 2023 our lawyers, Alf Murphy and Jennifer Ormond will present a webinar designed to inspire and empower you to make effective decisions within your business.

Alf Murphy sits on the bench in the Employment Tribunal and can provide an insight into how matters are determined when and if they reach tribunal.

Jennifer Ormond is an experienced director and has practiced Employment Law for over 10 years.  She’ll share an insight into the benefits of effective HR management before matters escalate to tribunal proceedings.

Who Should Attend?

You, or any HR Manager or Business Owner.

You’ll meet Clare (pictured above) who is stressed out HR Manager tasked with: saving money, keeping staff happy when pay rises cannot be offered and dealing with menopause issues in the workplace.

What topics will be covered?

  • 2022 and 2023 confirmed legal changes

  • 2023 expected legal changes and predictions beyond

  • Saving costs when managing staff

  • Retaining staff

  • Menopause as a disability (it’s the hot topic at the moment!)

  • Why you should bother with HR

You’ll be able to watch Clare call for advice and follow along to see what proactive steps and documents she is given in response.

When is the webinar?

Due to popular demand and to accommodate as many people as possible, we will be running the same webinar twice.

Don’t worry it’s not a pre-record, we will deliver the session live on each occasion.  This will enable you to ask questions and be involved in live scenarios!

Join us from the comfort of your own desk on either:

Wednesday 1 February at 9.30am (just enough time to grab a coffee in advance); or

Thursday 2 February at 4.15pm (just enough time for an early dart)!

What Freebies Will I Receive?

All attendees will receive either a free Menopause Policy or a free guide on our Top 10 Tips to Save Money and keep staff happy!

All documents will be available after the webinar.
