FAQs about our HR software

Can I track holiday allowance?
Yes, via an easy-to-see pie chart, you and your team can see what their entitlement is for the year and what is left to take on their dashboard. As soon as a request for leave is grenade the pie chart, annual leave records and integrated calendars are all updated.
Can my team have access to the HR software?
The system will only work if everyone has access. Each of your team will be added as a user ensuring managers have 100% visibility across the areas of responsibility. Of course, our customisable permissions ensure only the correct people the correct data.
Can I track holiday requests?
Yes, as soon as an employee submits an annual leave request you will get a notification on your dashboard and an email letting you know. You can then either accept or deny the request.
Can I embed HR onboarding process on the software?
There is a fantastic onboarding process built in which can be customised depending upon the needs of your business. This means that you will never again forget to issue a contract (the software can build that for you) or request a right-to-work document. You will always be able to keep track of assets and training given to each employee for example.

We also include a leavers’ checklist to ensure that your assets are returned, exit interviews are held, leaving card or gift is arranged (if you want to do that) and handovers and properly conducted.

I have more than one location, can I manage each location?
You can manage your team via location, department or company-wide. This will ensure that minimum staffing levels are always met, you can view where your staff are whether they are working from home, on annual leave or at a personal appointment.
