HR Software Feature: Contract Maker

Are you fed up with populating contracts of employment for new starters and thinking “what do I need to add into a contract”?

Well, allow us to introduce……The Contract Builder!  November’s feature of the month for our HR Software Solution.

How can I create the contract?

Once your contracts of employment are compliant (of course they will be if you use our Fixed Fee Solution)  you can use our Contract Maker allows you to upload any number of contract templates, whether they be part-time, full-time, fixed-term or even contract variations for pay rises, changes to working hours or other terms.

By inserting pre-defined placeholders into the uploaded documents, you can populate the template at the push of a button (or few)!  All of the employee’s personal detail should already be on the HR Software so there is no need to enter the same data over and over again.  You can simply pull the data from the HR Software into the contract of employment.

To streamline the process even more you can email the contract to the employee directly from the software and by using the inbuilt e-sign feature.  How slick!

We’ve developed a step-by-step guide to take you through the process of auto-populating a contract.  No more playing around in Word, no more sending a contract back and forth to us, no more printing, signing and photocopying.

If you want to read on to find out more about how our HR Software Solution can auto-populate the contracts, download the full guide here.

If you want to know how we can save you time and streamline your internal processes request a demo here.

HR Software costs as little as £3.50 per user to implement and you don’t need to subscribe to our fixed-fee HR retainer. Get in touch to request a demo and a quote for the HR software.
